This bulk package of 32 x 22 mm (1.26" x .87" or 1 1/4" x 7/8") wooden beads contains 500 unfinished beads. The hole size of the bead is 10 mm (.39" or about 3/8"). This wooden bead is completely unfinished - no stain, no glossy coating. It is ideal for making custom painted beads. Use craft acrylic paints to get the color you want. We recommend sealing (painted or stained) beads with a clear varnish to prevent color fade, cracking and peeling, especially if using with plant hangers or leaving outside.
This bulk package is a STEAL! Regularly the 32x22 wooden bead costs 26.5¢ each; buy in 500 count volume for 13¢ each!
This bead is suitable for large macramé projects including plant hangers, purses, home décor and wall hangings. We recommend using an Ez Beader or threading tool to assist with stringing multiple strands at a time. This bead pairs well with the Bonnie Braid cording. It can string:
- 2 strands of 6mm cord or thinner
- 3-4 strands of 4mm cord or thinner
