How orders ship, what's free, when you'll get them, and how to send something back.

Shipping

Orders over $48 ship free within the 48 contiguous United States. We process orders within two business days and email a tracking link as soon as your order ships. For Alaska, Hawaii, PO Box, APO and FPO addresses, email info@pepperell.com and we will find the best option.

Damaged orders

If something arrives damaged, we will replace or refund it at our cost within two business days. Email info@pepperell.com with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.

Returns and exchanges

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. The restocking fee is waived for exchanges and for any error on our side. To start a return or exchange, email info@pepperell.com or call 978-433-2133.

What carriers do you use?

Ground shipping goes via USPS or UPS depending on weight and destination. Expedited orders ship USPS Priority Mail.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email info@pepperell.com with a photo of the damaged item and box. We'll replace or refund, at our cost, within two business days.

Can I exchange instead of returning?

Yes. Exchanges have the 20% restocking fee waived. Include a note in your return package or email us first so we can hold the replacement.

Do you ship to PO Boxes / APO / FPO?

USPS shipments can deliver to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses. UPS cannot. Choose USPS at checkout if either applies.

What's not eligible for return?

Chair frames, books, opened or used product, discontinued or clearance items, and product purchased over 90 days ago are not eligible for return.
