Wooden beads are stained or painted and then a clear coat is applied to give it a polished finish. Wood beads are suitable for large macramé projects including plant hangers, purses, home décor and wall hangings. We recommend using an Ez Beader or threading tool to assist with stringing multiple strands at a time. This bead pairs well with the Bonnie Braid and Cora's Cotton Craft cording. A package of 32 x 22 mm Oval wooden beads contains 6 beads. The hole size of the bead is 10 mm. It can string: 2 strands of 6mm cord or thinner, or 3-4 strands of 4mm cord or thinner. A package of 13 x 25 mm Oval wooden beads contains 22 beads. The hole size of the bead is 6 mm.

• Slide the 10mm-hole oval onto two strands of 6mm cord as a macramé accent.
• String the smaller oval onto 4mm cord in groups of three or four.
• Use the elongated shape where a round bead would read as too chunky.
• Pair with the round wood beads in the same colorway for a multi-shape strand.
