A decorative lighting solution that converts wine bottles into torches. Fill a bottle approximately two-thirds with liquid paraffin fuel, then insert the fiberglass wick and ceramic holder. The wick should poke out of the top of the ceramic holder about 1/8 - 1/4 inch. Allow the wick to absorb fuel before igniting. A flame protector is recommended for safety. Outdoor torch use only. Liquid paraffin oil only.
